EnerTrack by SigueSol

The brand of solar tracker solutions by SigueSol.

HelioTrack™ — all of SigueSol’s expertise

The HelioTrack™ range meets the requirements of modern photovoltaic plants, where performance must go hand in hand with robustness and total cost of ownership optimization. A durable technology designed for decades of operation, even in the most demanding environments.

  • Distributed multi-drive architecture with mechanical linear actuators
  • Wind resistance up to 180 km/h in stow position
  • Astronomical algorithm with adaptive backtracking
  • Independent communication and control for each tracker

A 4-version range to meet every project’s needs

Because every project has its own technical, economic, or land-related constraints, the HelioTrack™ range is available in 1P or 2P versions, with or without an AgriPV variant.

  • 1P — up to 140 m per row
  • 2P — up to 70 m per row
  • AgriPV 1P & 2P — up to 3 m axis height, 60° harvesting position, allowing passage of agricultural machinery

Multi-drive architecture — uncompromising reliability

Multiple mechanical linear actuators distribute loads, eliminate wind-induced oscillations, and reduce stress on critical components.

  • Torsional locking: enhanced wind resistance
  • Synchronized movement: precise and smooth solar tracking
  • Octagonal tubes: extended structural spans
  • Self-locking actuators in high winds
  • Advanced anti-corrosion protection (HDG, ZMA)
  • Reduced maintenance: less wear, lower costs

Built for long-term performance

Every component is engineered for the most demanding environments, from the ground up to the control system.

  • Tracking tilt: 50°, extendable up to 60°
  • Permitted terrain slope: 10% N–S / 20% E–W
  • Adaptable foundations: driven piles, ground screws, or concrete
  • IP55/IP65 protection rating: LoRa network communication

Intelligent control system

Astronomical algorithm with 3D backtracking per individual row, integrated weather sensors, and remote supervision.

  • Astronomical calculation + real-time angle feedback
  • AI-based cloud analysis to capture diffuse light
  • Integrated sensors: wind, snow, inclination
  • Multiple power supply options: PV string, single-phase AC, or three-phase AC
  • Remote control via web portal

Remote monitoring and control platform

Cloud application for real-time monitoring of all trackers, with multi-project management and customized reporting.

  • Real-time + historical data
  • Map-based visualization with color-coded status
  • Automatic detection of tracking angle deviations
  • Optional PTZ camera integration for visual inspection

A secure 25-year investment

The HelioTrack™ range benefits from some of the most comprehensive warranties on the market. Actuators tested for ~100,000 cycles. ISO 9001:2015 certified.

  • 10 years: structural stability
  • 15 years: mechanical components (actuators, bearings)
  • 5 years: electrical components
  • 25 years: spare parts availability
