France, screws and beams, 11.87 MWp

11.87 MWp of installed capacity for the first citizen-owned ground-mounted solar park in the Grand Est region.

The first citizen-owned ground-mounted solar park in the Grand Est region is now a reality! And SigueSol was fortunate to contribute to its development.

Total installed capacity: 11.87 MWp, enabling an annual production of 12.6 GWh/year, equivalent to the consumption of 2,740 households, including heating!

Project highlights: Following our studies on this 13-hectare site, our team recommended the use of two types of foundations: 44 beams and 4,354 foundation screws were utilized to support the structures on which nearly 19,500 photovoltaic modules were installed.

Our contribution: Our company provided an integrated service for the execution of this project, including structural design, foundation installation, structure assembly, and panel placement.

This citizen renewable energy project in the municipality of Ecrouves is supported by public stakeholders, the Community of Communes TERRES TOULOISES, the SEM SIPEnR, citizen investment funds ENErgic SCIC, and Énergie Partagée.

It is a remarkable success for these stakeholders and a significant benefit that citizens have been enjoying since its commissioning last May, following a long and demanding construction process coordinated by ACTEAM ENR.
