What are their missions? 

Our HR specialist is responsible not only for recruiting but also for retaining talent: Audrey supports employees in their onboarding and career development. She implements initiatives that enhance workplace quality of life and ensures compliance with labor regulations to maintain alignment with social legislation. She loves traveling, discovering new places, enjoying a good restaurant, and spending time with her furry companion. 

Josiane ensures meticulous monitoring of our accounting to deliver reliable and accurate financial statements. Analysis and forecasting are also part of her skillset: her dashboards and forecasts are invaluable! When she’s not juggling numbers, she enjoys listening to music, spending time with family and friends, and has a soft spot for games! 

Justine, our Supply Chain Manager, ensures smooth management of material flows. She oversees every stage of the supply chain, from ordering raw materials to delivering our products on-site. Between tennis matches and travels, she strikes a perfect balance between maintaining a steady supply of production materials and managing costs, avoiding both shortages and overstocking.
