Ecostal Group and Solexis join forces to become a major player in the European solar sector
Ecostal Group and the shareholder of Solexis have reached an agreement to integrate Solexis into Ecostal Group. Solexis, based in French-speaking Switzerland, is a key player in the B2B distribution of equipment and solutions for photovoltaic installations in Switzerland.
The integration of Solexis marks a new stage in Ecostal Group's European expansion strategy. Following the acquisition of Project Zero in Belgium and Yomatec in France, Ecostal Group intends to use this transaction to extend its activities to Switzerland, achieve critical mass in a fast-growing European market and bring even greater value to professionals in the photovoltaic energy sector.
